Introduction to Kakushin

Kakushin is about the work you do as a leader to cultivate environments for creativity and innovation in order to produce results that go beyond predictable. It is a system designed to expand the field of play by thinking differently about the dominant view of what is possible and for creating environments for achieving peak performance. Kakushin Institute provides leaders and organizations with a system for achieving peak performance. The methodology consists of the PDDIO (Preparation-Discovery-Developent-Implementation-Outcomes) Process. It is designed to help you select the right focus, connect with colleagues, and to create a safe environment to take risks and expand the field of play. Kakushin helps you to learn, develop and grow through your specific business challenges and to create “Bounce” with the acknowledgment of achievements. The foundation of this system is derived from the research of luminaries such as: K. Anders Ericsson (Deliberate Practice) and his studies of what makes great performance; Ed Hallowell and his work with brain science to help us understand how to excel; Ken Robinson and his work on creativity and education; Clayton Christensen and his work on disruptive innovation; Mel Toomey and his teachings from the Center of Leadership Studies; and from years of practical application in the corporate world.
